As well as paying the rent as stated in the Tenancy Agreement you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Payable to the relevant provider during the Tenancy:
Any payments for utilities including for example Gas, Electricity, Water
Any payments for communications and media including for example Cable, Telephone, Satellite, TV License
Any payments required by the Local Authority to be paid by the occupier of the property including for example Council Tax, Parking Charges
Other permitted payments:
Any other permitted payments not included above under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
